Frequently asked questions about godrive

What's included in the price? All the regular costs that are part and parcel of car ownership are included in your monthly subscription. All necessary repairs, regular maintenance, tyres, road tax, depreciation, car insurance and roadside assistance is included. All you have to do is provide the fuel. You get 750 km per month in our standard godrive subscription, but for some cars we offer you the option of increasing the number of kilometres per month. If you still require more, please contact us for a proposal based on your personal needs.
Are there really no hidden costs? No. Other than the subscription fee, you are responsible for the necessary fuel or electricity to run your godrive car. Any fines incurred, including administration costs, damage liability and any additional mileage is also your financial responsibility. All other regular costs of car ownership are included in the monthly subscription fee. These costs can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
What happens after my chosen minimum contract period has ended? After the minimum contract period has ended, your subscription will continue subject to the same terms and conditions until your car has reached a certain age or mileage. We will contact you prior to this. Should you wish to end your subscription, make sure you do this using your own personal account at least one month before your current subscription ends.
What should I do if my godrive car requires maintenance or repair? If you are having problems with your car, or your car requires a regular service, please let us know at service@godrive.nu, or by calling us on +31 20 21 421 36, and we will help you to fix an appointment. What should I do when the car has suffered damage? Naturally you and your godrive car are insured for damage. Our insurance and roadside assistance is effective wherever you are in Europe. Should you have suffered damage or have broken down, just contact us. If this occurs after office hours, there’s no problem whatsoever. You can reach our emergency number for damage or breakdown 24/7, thus guaranteeing you a safe feeling!
